David Cory is a seasoned Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Talent Development Consultant. His mission is to enable leaders to become their best, and thereby enhance individual, team, and organizational performance. David works with Executives, Sr. Leaders, High-potential Leaders, Frontline Managers, and Individual Contributors, enabling them to attain their business and professional goals.

His experience spans multiple industries (Biotechnology, Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Energy, Technology) and includes working with diverse and global audiences. He has lived and worked in Boston, London and Washington DC, and has traveled extensively for work.  This range of experiences has shaped his belief that while organizational context matters, effective leadership relies on a core set of mindsets, skills, and behaviors regardless of geography, industry, or audience.

David is an ICF certified coach at the ACC level, has an MS in Learning & Development from the Lesley University School of Management, and BS in Psychology from Tufts University.  He is certified in a variety of psychometric assessments (Insights, DiSC, HBDI) and has worked with an array of 360 tools.

David lives outside of Boston MA with his wife and dog, and enjoys sailing, woodworking, and visiting his two grown children.
